Jeff Campbell

Certified Personal Trainer

My interest in human movement began as a middle school wrestler. That’s when I began training and it led me to studying Physical Education and Exercise Physiology in college. As a physical educator, I spent my days helping young students become better movers. As a personal trainer, I feel like I’ve stepped into a graduate student level with our clients. Improving lives through movement education and individual training patterns is very rewarding and I am lucky to work with such high caliber people.

Matt Griffith

Certified Personal Trainer

My Fitness journey began as a scrawny 14 year old incoming high school freshman. It was then I started lifting weights for sports and I have continued on after, obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University in 2005.

I love helping people to achieve whatever their idea of fitness is; whether it is staying up with the kids while theyr'e rampaging in the park, or becoming a weekend warrior. Or the goal could even be just staying healthy for everyday activities, I love to help those individuals too.  I use my own background and a well rounded approach to everyone's fitness plan, this way it stays fresh and fun.  If you believe you can, You Will!

Piper Newby

Certified Personal Trainer

My life in fitness began when I joined the family sport of cross-country as a four year old. I found my passion in running and loved the energy it gave me to do all those outdoor activities that I love.  My hope as a trainer is to help others find enjoyment in what they are passionate about; whether they are competing in triathlons, chasing grandkids or dancing the night away. I draw on my degree in Exercise Science, ACSM certification and my life as an athlete to build a fitness program that will help each client achieve their own goals.

Gwen Martin

Pilates Instructor

My health and fitness career began in Indiana where I fell in love with teaching group fitness classes and personal training. I moved to Tucson Arizona working for Gold's Gym as fitness director. I took my first Pilates mat class and was instantly hooked. Pilates became my career path and passion for keeping clients injury free while enhancing their athletic performance. For almost nine years I've lived in Eugene Oregon running my own Pilates studio and continuing to grow as a teacher. Now I'm here in Spokane thanks to my husbands job at Trader Joe's and I'm thrilled for the opportunity to bring Power Pilates training to you. When I'm not doing Pilates I keep myself busy with the outdoors, walking my dogs, cooking and exploring this beautiful city. I'm excited to share my 20 years of fitness experience and the genius of Joseph Pilates .Gwen Martin.

Sayra M. Engh

Yoga Instructor

"For as long as I can remember, I have been an athlete. From playing soccer as a little first grader to running track and cross-country in middle school and high school, I have always had a devout love for athletics. My journey in yoga began when I took my first yoga class with my sister at the tender age of 13. After my first class, I was hooked. I began attending classes regularly, often times practicing yoga up to 8-10 times per week. As time progressed, I developed a true love for its movements and flow. Upon graduating high school, I took my first YogaFit course and started on the path towards becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor. I have been teaching yoga for over two years, and continue to expand my knowledge as I study the movements, flow, and healing power of yoga. My overall goal is to bring the gift of yoga to all those interested, as well as those who remain skeptical. I am working towards a degree in Biology/Exercise Science and hope to someday use my degree to further help those around me."
