Aaron Henson

Owner/Fitness Specialist

Aaron grew up in Okmulgee, OK owns both Fitness Together South Tulsa and Fitness Together Kingspointe Village. He has always been active and involved in multiple sports growing up, he played basketball collegiately at Carl Albert State College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University.  He has always enjoyed teaching, he became WSI certified and started a swim lesson business at the young age of 17 and new then he wanted to help people. He was worked with a wide client base from 12-84 years of age.  Assisted clients with weight loss, muscle gain, injury rehab and much more! Training full time for the past 6 years he has conducted over 7,000 training sessions.  He also is quick witted and ensures his clients have a laugh or two with their workouts.  Email him if you have questions?

Bethany Henson

Owner/Fitness Specialist

Bethany grew up in Tulsa, OK and enjoys helping others become healthy and live healthier lives. She has a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from Oklahoma State University. If you think she looks familiar you may know her from her days at St. Francis's Health Zone or recognize her as the smiling face that greeted you at Dr. Whitlock DDS.  She has a yoga background and often incorprates that into her training.  Bethany prides herself in helping her clients not just look better, but feel better!  She loves working at Fitness Together!

I’m a native Oklahoman and have lived in Jenks for over 10 years. I grew up playing basketball and running track. I’ve always enjoyed being active and have enjoyed sharing and motivating others to find there passion for a healthy lifestyle! I believe you need to keep your body guessing with different types of challenges. It keeps your training fresh and your mind engaged.

 

I believe the emphasis of personal training is on “personal.” I make a commitment to provide a service that focuses on the individual and his/her needs. I strive to encourage, support, and challenge my clients to feel strong, confident and to find fitness programs they truly enjoy. Exercise enhances every aspect of physical and mental wellbeing.

 

I have experience in functional strength training, beginner runner to marathon training, nutrition counseling, and increasing flexibility.
