Rich & Shelly Duncan

Rich and Shelly have been fitness enthusiasts for the past 10 years. Rich Duncan is the founder and owner of Rich Duncan Construction, Inc. . He constructed two other Fitness Together locations in Oregon. This allowed Rich and Shelly to see and experience the awesome and unique one on one private personal training environment, as well as the professional and supportive FT franchise Corporation. This inspired them to open the first location in Salem. Having a successful business encouraged them to want to create another successful business, one in which they can help and give back to the community in a very individual and personal way. Fitness Together allows Rich and Shelly the opportunity to help others reach their goals and make positive changes in their lives
Aaron Forbes

17 years experience as P.A. (physician’s assistant), R.T. (radiographic technician) physio-therapist, and strength coach.

Dana Howe

Motivation, strength, passion—these are the qualities that Dana brings to Fitness Together. Dana’s passion for fitness originated in her youth. As a young athlete, she was a member of the USTU (United States Tae Kwon Do Union) and competed in many events at the State and National levels, including qualifying for the Junior Olympics in 1995. In college she competed in volleyball, baseball and track. Over the years Dana has taught group fitness classes at several fitness centers in Eugene, and she is a nationally certified personal trainer through International Sports Science Association. Dana has a passion for helping others achieve fitness success and enjoys giving Fitness Together clients the one-on-one attention necessary to accomplish their goals.
Jordan Emery
Personal Trainer
Jordan has been participating in athletics his whole life, that is what pushed him to begin lifting weights and exercising in order to excel in sports. His hard work and dedication led him to being chosen as a two-time All Conference baseball player in a college. As a personal trainer, his objective is to give you the knowledge and tools to live a healthy lifestyle. He will show you how diet and exercise can improve your quality of life and he will be there to encourage you every step of the way.

Lance Reem

Lance recently earned his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Linfield College. While attending Linfield, Lance attained a Health Fitness Specialist (HFS) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). His focus is to educate and motivate clients on how to live a healthy active lifestyle while showing them that exercise can be something fun to look forward to. Lance believes that with some hard work and commitment anyone is able to achieve levels of fitness that they never thought possible.
Michelle Greaney-Gorman
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Michelle is Personal Training certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM). Michelle enjoys helping others, in part, because of her own fitness journey: She has lost more than 60 pounds, increased her fitness level, and lives a healthier lifestyle, which has inspired her to help others to reach their fitness goals. She enjoys working one-on-one with clients to personalize her focus and implement lifestyle changes that people can permanently adhere to. When you work with Michelle, you will work as a team to reach your health and fitness goals. She is committed to providing you with the tools necessary to succeed. When not training, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, playing softball, camping, and enjoying the outdoors.
