Fitness Together offers a proprietary weight loss program, administered by our nutrition specialist. Our Nutrition Together program offers a personalized, one-on-one nutrition plan that will help you establish sustainable healthy eating habits. The program is designed to complement your Fitness Together exercise routine, because fitness and nutrition are inseperable components of an overall wellness plan. We at Fitness Together believe that the optimal health and fitness program combines regular strength training with good nutrition and cardio exercise, a three-tiered approach designed to help clients achieve their goals and live healthier lives.
Nutrition Together has an Online component that gives you access to an exclusive website with healthy recipes, weekly tips and an online accountability journal that automatically tracks your weight loss progress.
Our nutrition specialist will determine your baseline data, instructions on changing your eating habits and learning how to best eat at home and in restaurants for overall weight loss. Nutrition Together consists of six private one-on-one sessions, each covering a variety of topics, in which you will learn:
Learning sensible eating habits will set you on the path to a healthy and fit lifestyle. After completing the six session course, our trainers will continue to track your progress by following up with regular weekly discussions about your accountability food journal, your meal choices and other nutritional goals you have chosen.
