Matthew Ceglie

Matthew “The Hammer” Ceglie
Hammering out obesity in America.

Matthew Ceglie has a BS in Physical Education from WVU. He is an ISSA CPT-II, ISSA Golf Fitness Specialist, PCDI School of Fitness and Nutrition Certified Atlanta, GA, NASN Licensed Sports Nutritionist, Educator and Coach, Inventor, Mentor, Husband and Father, National Internet Radio Show Co-host of the Fitness and Nutrition Hour on World Talk Radio, and a top amateur bodybuilder.

He is the CEO of Fit 4 Wealth Santaluz, LLC which manages Fitness Together Santaluz. Matthew has been involved with sports and fitness since he was a child. But it wasn't until 1996 that he wanted to use his knowledge of the human body to help other achieve their health & fitness goals. Matthew has been working tirelessly for the past 6 years to bring more people to the fitness lifestyle. Two years ago during an interview Matt set out to inspire one million people to fitness; one person at a time. It isn't a matter of "if" it is just a matter of "when."

Mike Rein

ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, ACSM Health & Fitness Instructor

Mike has a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health from San Diego State University. He is certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Instructor. Mike has also worked at the San Diego Statue University Fitness Clinic for Individuals with Disabilities and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. He has been a personal trainer for the past year and is knowledgeable in weight training, yoga, nutrition, and weight control. Mike guides his clients to make challenging yet attainable goals and strives to make them a reality.
Physical Fitness is achieved through the combination of cardiovascular health, muscular strength, flexibility, and nutrition. Mike approaches all of these aspects of fitness with practical yet effective methods to help you reach your goals.

Andrew Nepomuceno

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

As the latest addition to the FT team, Andrew Nepomuceno (a.k.a. – Dru) comes to us from the San Francisco bay area bringing a wealth of both fitness and corporate knowledge to the table. Since his high school days, Dru has been actively involved in a variety of sports ranging from tennis to football. Dru was also very active in church youth ministries, so given his passion for sports coupled with a B.S. in theology, his number one emphasis is to always put his clients' needs & goals first. As a former operations manager in the transportation industry, Dru has successfully lived a healthy lifestyle amidst a hectic work schedule. Compelled by his desire to teach others to do likewise, Dru decided to make a career out of helping his clients achieve their fitness goals at Fitness Together.
