I am excited to welcome you to the world of Fitness Together. I am here because I found a way to connect my knowledge of fitness with my passion for making a difference.

I am absolutely committed to provide you with exceptional training experience, real sustainable results and a foundation for a fit and healthy lifestyle. It is all accomplished through our proven training systems, professional staff, a comfortable private environment and a truly individualized approach to your fitness needs. Jeff Rupp

Studio & Operations Manager

I am a three sport varsity athlete from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, where I participated in football, track, and basketball (starter for 1998 Idaho 5A state champions). I played basketball at North Idaho College and went on to play basketball professionally for the Everett Explosion and Seattle Mountaineers in the International Basketball League (IBL). These days I play tournament basketball for fun and sometimes play "pick up" games with pro athletes. In the warmer months, I also enjoy playing golf, softball and spending time with my family on our boat.

My true passion is working with people to reach their fitness goals. I love helping individuals achieve their goals whether it is in the studio or on the field. I have worked with people of all ages and all levels of ability, ranging from teenagers to adult men and women. Goals ranging from losing weight and being healthy to helping aspiring and current pro athletes, keep their athletic edge.

I moved to Washington 5 years ago from the Midwest and have enjoyed every minute of it.  I love to downhill ski, rock climb & barefoot trail run, and Washington gives me the opportunity to do it all.  I am a teacher at heart and enjoy working with people to help them learn new things and realize their goals and dreams.

My philosophy of training is that not everyone can win a race, but everyone should be able to run one.  Too many people miss out on so much that life has to offer when they really don't have to.  I think Michelangelo summed up the problem best when he said "The greater danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it."

I enjoy designing challenging and fun workouts for my clients. I feel one-on-one training is a great way to achieve results. Goals are different for each individual, and I believe in making exercise programs specifically tailored to each client. While I have always been an active person, whether it's playing organized sports or working out at the gym, I am passionate about helping clients find, or renew, their passion for being active. I have been a personal trainer since 2004. When I'm not training, I play co-ed basketball, volleyball and softball. I also enjoy hiking, camping, cheering for my local sports' teams, playing trivia with friends, and spending time with loved ones.

I am a personal trainer for purely selfish reasons … at least that’s how it started.  I was one of those “skinny fat” people.  I never had much of a weight problem, but I was not exactly the athletic type.  As I got older, the body parts that used to be toned and firm became lax and flabby.  My “get up and go” got up and went.  I did not like how things could be down the road, and it was a wake up call.

As I have observed among my own friends and family, a sedentary lifestyle and a lifetime of poor eating habits can lead to a slow downward spiral of decreased mobility and fitness.  I don’t know about you, but I’d like to reach 100 and still have all my body parts working reasonably well and still enjoying life, family, and friends!  News flash – I don’t exercise because I enjoy it.  I exercise because it makes me more physically and mentally capable, it makes me feel good afterwards (Endorphins!) and - let’s face it – I like what I see in the mirror.

I have lived in Washington my entire life and I love it! In addition to working out at the gym, I enjoy hiking, skiing, and playing tennis.

After spending years in the corporate world and then taking some time off to be a mom, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer.  I have exercised almost my entire life and realized I could actually have a career doing something I really loved to do and am passionate about.

I truly love working with all my clients and it’s so rewarding to see them achieve the personal health and fitness goals we have set together.  I enjoy helping my clients learn how to make long term changes to a healthier lifestyle and way of living.

I faced weight issues nearly my entire adult life, but I've learned how to thrive. I changed my whole life around and created a healthy environment. I went from walking to running, from 5k to half marathon, from centuries to half-ironman - and you can too. I'm living, running, laughing proof that positive change is possible through determination and the right tools. I became a personal trainer so that I could help others find their footing and create the "self" they've always wanted. I believe that fitness is for everyone and that everyone can find strength, health, and confidence through physical activity.

I enjoy running, cycling, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and swimming. I'm a transplant from the Midwest and I relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest 8 years ago and I've never looked back - there is so much to do here! I enjoy living in Seattle with my family and our two very spoiled dogs.
