Twelve weeks ago I embarked on a journey with you to focus on me.  Twelve weeks later the results are remarkable.

 

Over the last three years, I have steadily gained weight.  This surprised me because I have always exercised on my own; running on my treadmill and light exercises.  50 is just months away and my goal when I joined FT was to get control of my weight and find the exercise that would maintain my weight.  Brian and Team at Fitness Together have taken my exercise and weight training to a new level.

 

The enthusiasm of the team, the “can do” attitude, asking lots of questions regarding what’s working/what’s not, the commitment to the mission of the program 1 Trainer, 1Client, 1 Goal.  I always feel like I am the “only” client because of the attention I receive.

 

FT has worked for me because “jointly” we partner together for the success of my training and weight loss.  I have and continue to receive the coaching and tools to be successful in the choices I make in food selections and exercise regime when not working out at FT.  The education has been invaluable.

 

The day I joined Fitness Together, I knew I would be successful.  Between the commitment I made to myself and the support I receive from Brain and team, I have surpassed my goals.  YOU have been a “life changing” event in my life!

Fitness Together has rescued me!  I have belonged to one of the big chain fitness clubs for 10 years but was tired of the mediocre results and the intimidation factor in the weight room.  After just a few months at FT, I have seen dramatic positive results in the areas of overall fitness, muscle tone and body fat percentage.  All achieved in the privacy of the FT studio working one-on-one with the excellent training staff.  I truly look forward to every session and always leave the studio with a satisfied smile on my face.  Thanks to Brian Wehner and his staff I am one satisfied, not to mention newly strong, customer.

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you, Megan and Josh for helping me pursue one of my life long goals.  I have always wanted to integrate an exercise regime into my daily lifestyle and now have finally done so with the help of Fitness Together.  I feel much stronger, healthier and feel a sense of greater “balance” in my life recognizing the importance of taking time out of each day to take care of me!

 

Their personal one-on-one coaching, encouragement and support has been fantastic!  I look forward to my workouts and definitely feel a sense of accomplishment each and every time I leave Fitness Together.  Being inexperienced at using weights and other exercise equipment, I was terribly intimidated at first and fearful of doing things wrong!  You’ve all changed that, exercise routines that are uniquely designed for me are quite interesting, fun and challenging.  I absolutely love the workout environment as well as if Fitness Together is my own personal gym.  I have a great time working out no matter which coach is working with me for the day.

 

I especially want to share that Megan is wonderful!  She is truly inspirational and I am so blessed to have had her help me initiate positive changes in my lifestyle.  She is knowledgeable, professional and has excellent interpersonal skills.  She is truly a gem!

Success Story!

Never exercised?  No goals?  No idea what this gym stuff is all about? No problem.  Brian and his team of trainers will figure it out for you.  I knew I had to exercise and had been thinking about it for years…17 or 18 to be exact!  I had never worked out in a gym, but would take some group aerobics lessons for a quarter at a time, intermittently here and there.  I actually even joined a gym, but never went.  I was too intimidated by all the other members who seemed to know what they were there for, knew what they were doing and were so focused!

 

Needless to say, I joined fitness together, and now know something about exercising.  I can’t say that I love it but I am going regularly.  Brain, Megan, Josh and David put up with my moaning and groaning, my exercise jeans and my morning cup of coffee with good humor and light reminders of my purpose there.  I’ve lost inches and weight, have better posture, and am even starting to exercise on my own at home.  I know I couldn’t have done this by myself.  I lacked both the motivation and the know how.  Through these weekly workouts I am slowly assimilating the mindset for healthy living through diet and exercise.
