Nutrition is a key component of a good fitness plan.
Our nutritional assessment involves an evaluation of your current eating habits and caloric intake. We'll discuss with you simple dietary strategies and changes that will help you achieve your fitness goals more quickly.
Making changes to your nutritional habits can be challenging if you don't have the support and accountability necessary to make such changes. You will be required to keep an Accountability Journal in which you will log your daily intake. Your journal will be reviewed by the staff during your training sessions. This gives the staff an opportunity to congratulate you for making good decisions, and point out other areas where you may be sabotaging your results.
Integrate simple, realistic, and effective habits.
You'll look better, feel better and be happier following time-tested nutritional principles instead of fad diets. It is our goal to educate you on these principles so that you can continue to make good decisions, and maintain your results - for life!
