Rebecca Lasley

Personal Trainer

Rebecca Lasley is certified through the American Council on Education in Personal Training and graduated with an Associates of Occupational Studies in Personal Training from Heritage College. Rebecca has worked with clients of all ages and a variety of goals, giving her experience in weight loss, strength gain and functional fitness. Rebecca believes in addressing all aspects of health by combining fitness, nutrition and relaxation techniques to improve your overall health and lifestyle.

Ryan Rice

Personal Trainer

 Ryan Rice is an ACE certified personal trainer who comes to FT with a personal training degree from Heritage College. Ryan draws on his 20 years of experience in international military and civilian tactical operations training to keep clients motivated through creative and effective workouts. Ryan believes in fitness with a purpose and uses a wide variety of tools to match results with lifestyle.

Derek Welles

Owner of Fitness Together Prairie Village

Derek Welles, owner of FT-Prairie Village, began his education as an athletic trainer working with athletes. He later graduated from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Physical Education , emphasizing in Health and Wellness. Derek is certified through National Strength and Conditioning Association. Growing up in rural Kansas, Derek developed a good work ethic and the ability to work well with people. Derek believes in not only coaching the client, but educating them about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. His experience includes weight loss, general strength and conditioning, as well as training young athletes. Derek believes that everyone can reach their goals with some hard work and a strong will to succeed.
