Wes Greer

Owner, Fitness Together Ponte Vedra Beach, Atlantic

He who has health, has hope. And he who has hope, has everything. - Anonymous Originally from Coffee County, Ga., Wes earned his B.S. in Engineering from Auburn University and worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer until he decided to return to school. He then attended the University of South Carolina and Vienna School of Economics in Vienna Austria, where he earned an International M.B.A. Wes is a former NCAA athlete and has 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness coach. According to Wes, "I find satisfaction in seeing our clients change their bodies and lives for the better, and knowing Fitness Together played a large role in that transformation is truly rewarding." Through his Engineering, management and business experience, Wes has developed a keen understanding of people and how to motivate them. This plays a huge role in how he approaches his business and clients. Wes realizes how success becomes so much easier when you have someone in your corner.

Giles Wiley

Owner/Manager Fitness Together Atlantic

Nicknamed the Fitness Gentleman by his clients and colleagues for his refined approach to health, fitness and weight loss, Giles started his formal studies with 3 years of architecture. He now considers himself an architect of the human body.

A former South African National martial arts champion, Giles’ passion for human performance has led him to return to University on a number of occasions. He initially attended Coventry University in England for Physiotherapy and has a degree in Exercise Physiology and Human Nutrition from Greenwich University in London. Giles is also a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

He comes to Fitness Together with over 18 years experience in the health & fitness field. Giles spent over a decade traveling the world, working and studying with the best of the best in all aspects of physical performance and weight loss. Giles has appeared in magazines and on television with his unique systems of exercise. He is the author of “5-Minute Flexibility – A Step-by-Step Guide to a Flexible, Youthful & Energized Body”.

Giles is excited to be in the North Beaches area and passionately believes in the Fitness Together approach to exercise and health. “This is an environment where you and your trainer can totally focus on your goals, with no distractions or interruptions. Throughout my years in the health and fitness field, I have seen and worked in several top notch facilities. I have never before experienced a place such as Fitness Together that utilizes this unique 1-1 approach to deliver amazing results time and time again!”

Nick Hamman

NCSF, MS Sports Psychology

Nick Hamman comes to Fitness Together with a variety of experience in physical fitness. He is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). Nick earned his B.S in Psychology from Troy University. He recently received a Master of Science in Sport Psychology from Capella University in June 2010. He is currently pursuing his PhD in General Psychology with an extensive specialization in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Nick will utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach with all of his clients. The client and Nick will work on changing his or her thought process before changing behavior and action. The new thought process will improve self-confidence as well as an overall positive outlook on life through daily exercise. Nick is also a huge advocate of sound body equals sound mind. This approach details the importance of the mental components in sport and daily exercise. He will continuously push each client to physical and mental limits in order to achieve the desired goals and objectives. One of Nick’s clients weighed 400lbs this past June and currently weighs 295lbs. His physical and mental transformation occurred through daily exercise and physical fitness. Nick also emphasizes the importance of daily exercise in his life as well. His daily schedule always involves a variety of strength training as well as running. Nick has completed many 5k, 10k, ½ marathons, marathons and 1 single ultra-marathon.

Nick remains intrigued by the mental strength one can find during a physical activity event whether it is a personal training session or long distance running race. Nick wants all of his clients to understand as he pushes each of them to physical and mental limits that he is doing the same throughout his daily workouts. Dionne Aguirre

Dionne attended the University of Central Florida studying Business Administration and Marketing. While in college, Dionne choreographed and coached some of the top competitive cheerleading teams in Florida. During this time, she developed a keen sense of people, what motivates success, and how to effectively push beginner and advanced athletes to new levels of personal fitness and achievement.
The decision to make fitness her career was an easy one for Dionne. She hopes to share with others her commitment to living life to the fullest, and the best way to do this is to look and feel your best! Dionne has found great personal satisfaction in helping others find their inner-strength and achieve their personal best. With her knowledge of personal training and motivational skills, you can get there too!

Matt Bruekner

ISFTA CPT

FT Personal Trainer

Matt initially attended the University of Delaware for Electrical Engineering before realizing that his real passion was helping people achieve their health & fitness goals. He is certified through the International Sports & Fitness Trainers Association and enjoys researching new and innovative ways to get his clients incredible results. In fact Matt comes up with some of most unique and effective exercises we’ve ever seen.

Matt has trained with some of the biggest names in the fitness profession as well as State Bodybuilding champions. He is currently studying Mixed Martial Arts.

He has been with Fitness Together for more than 6 years and has worked with a wide range of clients but his real talent lies in helping people gain lean defined muscle and lose unwanted body-fat. Some of the results he has obtained with clients have been quite unreal – he recently helped a client lose 50Ibs in 5 months!

‘When pursued with intentionality, discipline and mutual encouragement, the naturally fit lifestyle leads to personal transformation and tremendous well-being’. These are the rewards which Matt most enjoys helping others to obtain. He values the importance of personal training as a way to help improve a person's total quality of life in a busy, often hectic day to day world, and most enjoys guiding others on their very own journey to fitness and empowerment.

Brittany Rae

BS Exercise Science

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago in Aurora, Britt moved to Jacksonville after completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science and Fitness with a minor in Family Consumer Science (nutrition), from Western Illinois University. Britt began her fitness career running track and cross country throughout High School. Running was Brittany’s first love, and helped to shape her into the dedicated, results-oriented person she is today. Goal setting and achievement is so important to Britt because she understands that anything is possible and there is always room for improvement.
Brittany believe in the quote, “motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going,” because there is no excuse for not having the time to do something good for your body. She has worked with all populations and specializes in circuit, toning/strength, cardio and core/agility training.
Besides working out, Britt enjoys the beach (and this lovely Florida weather), hanging out with family and friends, traveling, photography, and watching baseball and football. According to Brittany “It is clear to me anything really is possible and you can get the body you deserve if you work hard and commit in doing so.” She looks forward to seeing you at the Fitness Together studio very soon!
