Even though Andrew’s workouts are challenging, his sense of humor makes them very fun! Krista is the younger sister of our Dietitian, Kara. Although she is every bit as sweet, do not let her sweet disposition fool you! Krista will support you and motivate you to work hard at every session. Krista is enthusiastic about helping others and she enjoys seeing the positive changes in our clients. Krista has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Mount Union and she is currently pursuing her doctorate in Physical Therapy at YSU.
Matt has a very sweet disposition and he is always smiling and full of joy. But that doesn’t mean he’s easy! Matt takes your goals and your results very seriously and he takes pride in making every session productive and effective toward your goals. Matt has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University.
Kelly truly cares about the success of all our clients and it shows in every training session. She is committed to knowing the goals of each client and doing whatever it takes to help them get there. Kelly’s athletic background makes her training sessions fun because she sees the athlete in all of us! Kelly is finishing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University.
Jeremy is so into all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. He loves to eat right and he is always looking for new and fun ways to get active. His passion for wellness and his passion for helping others make him an awesome trainer! Jeremy has a degree in Food and Nutrition from YSU and he is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Akron.
Kara, a Registered Dietitian, operates our Nutrition Together program. She will keep you away from fad diets and quick fixes by empowering you with the knowledge you need to maintain a healthy weight for life. After your Nutrition Together sessions with Kara, you will understand how to make better choices every day. Kara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition from YSU and she is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
