Kelly truly cares about the success of all our clients and it shows in every training session. She is committed to knowing the goals of each client and doing whatever it takes to help them get there. Kelly’s athletic background makes her training sessions fun because she sees the athlete in all of us! Kelly is finishing her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University.
John has a loving and caring personality, but don't let that fool you! John loves to challenge each client mentally and physically to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle! John practices what he preaches - he enjoys learning and testing out new exercises in order to make his sessions fun and enjoyable! You ware guaranteed a good workout with John, as well as a sense of accomplishment when you are done! John is currently enrolled in a Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Kent State University.
Although you'd never know it from his placid personality, Josh has an extensive background in martial arts. Therefore, his workouts are both unique and productive as he strives to see clients improve mentally and physically in each session. Josh is finishing his degree in Exercise Science at YSU.
Kara, a Registered Dietitian, operates our Nutrition Together program. She will keep you away from fad diets and quick fixes by empowering you with the knowledge you need to maintain a healthy weight for life. After your Nutrition Together sessions with Kara, you will understand how to make better choices every day. Kara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition from YSU and she is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.
