Aside from exercising and watching sports, I love to spend quality time with my daughters Harper and Madilyn, ages 5 and 2. They are my ‘why’ for everything in life, so I soak in every second I can spend with them. Setting a good example and being a positive influence for them is incredibly important to me and I love to include them in my life as much as I can.Kristine Chen, Personal Trainer
Years of Experience

Credentials
- NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
- B.S. Exercise Science
Kristine graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Growing up, she played different sports year-round, two of her favorite being swimming and field hockey. Back in 2010, she fell in love with the weight room when she realized that it brought out a stronger, healthier, and happier version of herself. After a few injuries and frustrations due to trial and error while lifting, she quickly realized others were making the same mistakes and resolved to help fellow, aspiring gym-goers avoid the same mistakes. Kristine's main mission from then on has been to help others grow "big and strong" while mitigating injures, creating can-do mindsets, and giving clients tools to succeed - all while having fun!
