Ben Palocko
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and is also a Certified Health Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine. Ben was an ACHA Division I hockey player and youth hockey coach, during which time he aided young athletes in skill development and off-ice training. Ben has experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
