Sam Felix
Fitness and Nutrition Coach
Sam is a recent graduate of Wayne State University. At Wayne State, Sam received his degree in Kinesiology. Over the past year, Sam has had exposure to different areas in the fitness field as a personal trainer and as strength and conditioning coach. Sam's last semester of school, he worked as an intern strength and conditioning coach for the Strength and Conditioning department at Wayne State. As a personal trainer, Sam has experience working with a wide spectrum of ages and fitness levels.
Sam is currently in the process of obtaining the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Association of Strength and Conditioning to enhance his skills a trainer. Sam has a background in teaching power yoga is a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance (i.e., RYT200). In Sam's time as fitness professional, he has seen the positive benefits of physical activity on his clients not just physically, but mentally and believes that physical fitness is a way of life.
In Sam's spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and basketball. Sam is looking forward to helping the clients of Fitness Together reach their goals!

CHARLES LACASSE
Lead Fitness and Nutrition Coach
Charles has been in the fitness field for nearly five years and is the head trainer for Fitness Together Novi. He has received his Masters in Exercise Science from Oakland University and is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. Charles is also a certified personal trainer through ACE and NASM. His extensive background includes working in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, corporate wellness, and health coaching, as well as personal training. Charles likes to use his knowledge and experience in helping people reach their ultimate goals. His enthusiastic outlook makes training sessions not only challenging, but fun. Charles enjoys sports and exercise of all types especially running where he likes to participate in marathons and is beginning to compete in triathlons.

Matt Sykes
Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Matt is a recent graduate from Oakland University where he received his degree in exercise science. Matt has worked with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from athletes to people who have had prior knee and shoulder injuries. He interned at Athletic Republic working with athletes and clients who had just left physical therapy. Matt has his personal Trainer certification through ACSM and is pursuing his Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA.
Fitness and nutrition has positively affected Matt’s life and his love to share this feeling with others. Matt has a great passion for sports, especially soccer. He also feels exercise should be fun so he takes part in events such as the tough mudder and warrior dash. Matt feels whether you are a geriatric or an adolescent person we can all benefit from regular physical activity.

Ann Lokuta
Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Ann is a graduate from the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology with a major in Movement Science. Her education has provided her with a strong base of knowledge in exercise physiology, human anatomy, and nutrition. She continues to educate herself on exercise and nutritional information by staying up-to-date on emerging finds in the field. Ann is looking forward to using this knowledge in order to develop successful fitness and nutrition plans that are unique and enjoyable for each individual.
Ann has experienced the rewards of a healthy lifestyle first-hand and is determined to help others reap the benefits as well! She enjoys running races, biking, and having fun while staying active. She believes that getting fit and feeling great is the result of dedicating yourself to health, and is ready to help you make it happen!

Christopher Ransome
Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Chris a well versed personal trainer who has been in the industry for over 10 + yrs. He has worked with many people with diverse body conditions from the deconditioned to the next up and coming competitor on the Bodybuilding/Figure stage. He has recently retired from actively competing but remains true to his passion and still trains like a true competitor. He received His National Training Certificate over 10 years ago with NCSF “National Council of Strength and Fitness” He is a certified TRX trainer as well as Kettle bell Trainer through KBA” Kettle bell Athletics”.
Chris’s passion to excel in the competitive Bodybuilding world spills over into his training. He knows that within every person there is a new body just waiting to emerge and show it’s self. With proper diet, cardio and sleep you can transform you and your body into whatever your heart desires.
