Rob Finne BS CPT FMS
Rob is a Massachusetts native with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Nutrition from Ithaca College. Rob chose a career as a Personal Trainer because of his interest and passion for fitness. He has since excelled in his field because of his in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as his dedication to the individual interests of each client.
Rob’s education as an Exercise Physiologist, multiple certifications, and over a decade of experience training a wide variety of clientelle enable him to be considered one of the top trainers in the industry. His professional enthusiasm comes from his personal success as an athlete. Most notably, he was an All-American swimmer, missing the Olympic Trial cut by only a second and a half. He also broke many college and prep school records that still stand today.
Lindsey Finne CPT ISSA
Lindsey Finne is certified through the ISSA and is fullfilling her dream of being a Personal Trainer. She has been a fitness enthusiast since she was 12 years old. Initially, Lindsey began working with a trainer to improve her athletic performance on the softball field. From there, her passion for fitness and training grew while watching her Father compete in Bodybuilding.
Lindsey is also a personal success story herself losing over 60 pounds in 4 months after giving birth to her son. She specializes in helping others achieve their goals through proper form instruction and intense training.
Corey Schneider CPT WITS
Born into a family of athletes, I played soccer and baseball competitively since the age of six. I then started lifting weights at the age of 14 to enhance my athletic performance on the Varsity baseball team. Shortly after highschool I decided to take weight lifting more seriously and entered a natural body building league, where I placed 2nd as a middleweight in my first body building show. Now as a personal trainer I take pride in helping clients lose weight, gain muscle, and reach all of their fitness goals!!
