Pat Smith
Personal Trainer
Pat first developed a passion for fitness during strength and conditioning sessions he attended while playing college baseball. The role of the strength coach and his approach to training fascinated Pat, and he decided to focus his studies on Exercise Science. In his last semester, Pat landed an internship position in the strength and conditioning department at Wake Forest University where he worked under renowned strength coach Ethan Reeve. There he helped train athletes and design exercise programs for the women’s tennis, women’s basketball, men’s golf, and track and field teams. After college, Pat became a personal trainer at a popular health club in New Haven, CT where he used his training expertise to help others achieve weight loss, gain muscle, and improve overall fitness.
Pat graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
