Client of the Month FT North Buckhead - November 2011 - Maria Williamson

Why do you like Fitness Together? Well I like FT because I realized I needed a personal trainer to push me hard enough to get the results I need and want.  The trainers at FT are awesome.  Kelly, Katie, Dennis, and Jena, they are experts in their field and have such a vast knowledge of all aspects of total fitness, plus they make it fun!!  They design my workouts based on my body and not just the same routine each time I go.  They listen to what you say and are quick to respond to the challenges of their clients.   As I advance, they advance and after five months I love my results!

Tell us some of the results you have achieved:   Well after five months, I have lost 17 pounds and 14.5 inches off my entire body!  I wanted to achieve weight loss, strength endurance, and muscle tone and I have done all three.  I've had several people who haven't seen me in just a month, say wow what are doing, and that makes me feel good and I have FT to thank.

Jefferson, GA!  Georgia Peach at Heart!

Tell us about any hobbies you may have: Well I'm a huge college football fan, GO DAWGS!!  I also love to travel.  And now I like working out, wow, didn't see that coming!

Tell us about any hobbies you may have:Well I enjoy walking at Chastain Park and the Chattahoochee trail.  I now enjoy resistance training, which I never thought I would!

What is your favorite healthy food? Rice and beans!

What is your favorite "bad" food? Loaded chicken nachos!

What is your profession? I am a CPA with over twenty years experience in audit and tax.

What is your favorite movie? Well I would say Forrest Gump would be one of my all time favorite movies.  The music is great!

How did you discover FT North Buckhead? I discovered FT from a person in my office who also is a client at FT in Dunwoody.  She talked about how great they were, so I looked up FT online in the Atlanta market and here we are!
