Join Fitness Together at the 1st Annual Picture of Health Foundation 5K Walk/Run to Fight Childhood Obesity!
Childhood Obesity is a very serious threat to our children and their future. Join us in an effort to help families and create community awareness. With your support, we can educate the community and possibly sponsor families to make better lifestyle choices, increase activity, eat better, etc.
In addition to mission trips to provide care to underdeveloped and poverty stricken areas, the Picture of Health (http://www.pohfoundation.org/) is a 501C, non-profit organization dedicated to preventing childhood obesity here at home.
