Adam Genetti
Manager / Personal Trainer
Adam earned his bachelors degree from University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2007. He is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Adam is experienced in power lifting, resistance training, plyometrics and aerobic conditioning. Adam believes that physical fitness is something that is attainable by everyone, regardless of their age or fitness background. His well-rounded approach to fitness is geared toward getting the best results for his clients no matter what shape they are in. His enthusiasm and dedication serve as motivation to those he trains.

With nearly a decade of personal training experience to his credit, Frank brings his passion for health and fitness to North Andover after 4 years at the Concord FT location. Frank’s workouts are always challenging, different and actually fun! By taking traditional “old school” weight-lifting mixed in with the latest in functional core training to give you the best workout of your life. The workouts can consist of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and a variety of fitness modalities to achieve maximum results. Frank also has the ability to work with all ages and fitness levels from ages 8 to 88! As a trainer, Frank holds his clients accountable to their goals through consistency with their training sessions, doing the necessary cardio, and proper nutrition by keeping a food journal. Domenic Prisco
Personal Trainer
Domenic earned his certification through American Academy of Personal Training in Boston, MA. It was there that he studied nutrition, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, program design, and exercise technique. Prior to going to school for personal training, Domenic served 5 years in the U.S. Army Reserves where he trained soldiers to meet and exceed their fitness requirements.
Through his experience with the U.S Army and AAPT, Dom will inspire and motivate any client to achieve their health and fitness goals. He has a passion for working both one-on-one and group fitness training. Domenic believes fitness is something anyone can achieve with the proper guidance and a program tailored specifically to your goals!
