Adam Genetti

Manager / Personal Trainer

Adam earned his bachelors degree from University of Massachusetts-Lowell in 2007. He is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Adam is experienced in power lifting, resistance training, plyometrics and aerobic conditioning. Adam believes that physical fitness is something that is attainable by everyone, regardless of their age or fitness background. His well-rounded approach to fitness is geared toward getting the best results for his clients no matter what shape they are in. His enthusiasm and dedication serve as motivation to those he trains.

Frank Francis

With nearly a decade of personal training experience to his credit, Frank brings his passion for health and fitness to North Andover after 4 years at the Concord FT location. Frank’s workouts are always challenging, different and actually fun! By taking traditional “old school” weight-lifting mixed in with the latest in functional core training to give you the best workout of your life. The workouts can consist of bodyweight exercises, plyometrics, and a variety of fitness modalities to achieve maximum results. Frank also has the ability to work with all ages and fitness levels from ages 8 to 88! As a trainer, Frank holds his clients accountable to their goals through consistency with their training sessions, doing the necessary cardio, and proper nutrition by keeping a food journal. Matt McCormick

Personal Trainer

Matt is a former Master Trainer at the Boston Sports Club in Lexington. He also holds the following certifications, NASM, ISCA Kickboxing Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, LES MILLS BodyCombat Instructor and Youth Sports Instructor! He will be attending Merrimack College in the fall finishing his degree in Athletic Training. Matt was a distinguished member of the U.S. Air Force and held the rank of a Staff Sergeant. As the Physical Training Monitor, was responsible for the physical fitness of his squad to ensure everyone stayed in shape…….

Sean Godding

Personal Trainer

Sean Godding is the newest member of the FT North Andover staff. He will be receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts – Boston in Exercise and Health Science May (2011).   He also holds a certification in International Sports and Sciences  and has his CPR/AED certifications through the Red Cross. 

Sean has a strong athletic background starting varsity in both football and baseball in high school.  After graduation, he competed in bodybuilding contests and learned a great deal about diet and exercise. Sean is extremely focused and committed to the overall health and wellness of every client and it shows in their results!  Sean truly believes in the Fitness Together model, 1-trainer, 1-client, 1-goal.  Prior to joining the team in North Andover he was a trainer for Fitness Together in Melrose.

Sean specializes in functional training. He has proven methods of increasing flexibility and raising the energy levels of his clients.
