Bart Breithaupt, M.S. NASM CPT

Owner/Trainer

Bart graduated from Edmond Memorial High School.  After high school, Bart enrolled at Oklahoma State where he was a member of the track and field team and a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.  Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Medical Physiology he became interested in the practical application of this knowledge.  A single exercise physiology lab at OSU sparked his interest in this growing field.  In 1996 he applied to the University of Oklahoma’s graduate school.

At OU, Bart earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Science while working at the University Health Science’s Center for Healthy Living as a fitness specialist.  It was here that Bart came to realize that this field was his calling.  Bart conducted his research study on those individuals suffering from sleep apnea and the effects that physical exercise can have in lessening the need for nCPAP use at night.  It was also at OU that he was awarded the honor of a continuing education scholarship that took him to the 1996 Olympic Festival in Atlanta to attend the NSCA convention and become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Currently, Bart holds a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Bart and his wife Susan live in Edmond where they are raising their son Jackson.

Nick Frary, NASM CPT

Trainer

Nick was born in Michigan, but lived most of his life in South Carolina. After graduating from high school, Nick went to Greenville Technical College where he focused on Anatomy and Physiology, and received a certificate in Massage Therapy. In the years to come, Nick felt a desire to improve his health through natural medicine and exercise. He began working out seriously in 2003 and still continues to focus on his physical, mental, and spiritual health. He wants to eventually compete in the Hawaii Iron Man Triathlon.

In January of 2003, Nick moved to Edmond where he worked as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the Edmond and Trails YMCA. Later, he was offered a job working for a Chiropractic Assistant where he learned more about the inner workings of the human body. On April 5th of 2003, Nick was certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training. He uses this knowledge to help people make life changing improvements physically and mentally. Nick is currently attending the University of Central Oklahoma where he will receive a Master’s Degree in Nutrition.
