Clients of the Month
Congratulations to Geeta Singh (Natick), Katherine Glass (Sudbury), and Dawn Tucker (Wayland) for being named the Clients of the Month for May!
Geeta has lost 12lbs! She has done a great job with tracking her eating on her i-phone and always does cardio after her sessions and at home on her off days!
Katherine has made great strides since starting at FT Sudbury over a year ago. She has tripled her push-ups, dropped her resting and recovery heart rate by over 25% , and lost an amazing 6 inches overall.
Dawn has lost over 4lbs bodyfat, gained almost 5lbs muscle, and reduced her bodyfat by 3%! She has also lost nearly 2.5 inches off her waist!
For their efforts, Geeta was awarded an AMC Theaters gift card, Katherine was awarded a gift certificate to Thai Chili, and Dawn was awarded a gift certificate to Viva Cantina!
Great job Geeta, Katherine, and Dawn!
