I have been in the Fitness and Rehabilitation industry for over 15 years. Started in a outpatient center dealing with clients who were involved in acute to chronic injuries. In 2003 open Fitness Together to help clients reach their fitness goals ranging from severe weight loss to sports specific training. I have worked with clients of all ages and all fitness needs.
