Randy Zarecki
Owner/Operator & Chief Fitness Officer
Mr. Zarecki has been in the Health Fitness Industry for over 25 years. Passionate about Health and Fitness his entire life, Randy won his 1st physique contest, Teenage Mr. Wisconsin in 1982. Since then, Randy has competed favorably in dozens of physique contests, winning titles of Mr. Palm Springs (CA) in '84, Mr. Madison (WI) in '85, and Mr. Santa Cruz (CA) in 1992, among others.
Randy 1st started helping others reach their health and fitness goals back in 1985 before Personal Training even existed. Now an AFPA Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ACSM member, Randy has helped hundreds of people reach their health and fitness goals with his extensive expertise.
An Author and Speaker, Randy has been a frequent guest on the Kare 11 Today show as a Fitness Expert, and is producer of 50 Exercises for 50 Bucks, an interactive exercise DVD.
Randy has a B.S. in Mathematics from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Scott Allen
Fitness Coach
While training himself, others would come up to him and ask the normal questions, what, why, howcome… so he started training others to help get started doing something. Out of high school, Scott wentright in to the Navy and was put in charge of “the fat boy program” and the personal training fire waslit; so he did personal training on the side while he worked odd jobs here and there and for 8 years hedelivered furniture but it was while delivering medical equipment to home that he could help peopleavoid the need for the medical equipment if they just got and stayed healthier; so in 2000 Scott tookhis part time passion and went full time training quitting college doing the physical therapy degree andjust decided to focus on the personal training side of things. Along with his degree, Scott is certified bythe ACSM, AIS, ISSA & NIHS and has helped many people over the years enjoy a better quality of life andhasn’t worked a day since then, he just gets paid doing what he loves.

Brian Jungwirth
Fitness Coach
Brian recently finished his MEd in Sports Management at the University of Minnesota. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Psychology at Augsburg College. While attending Augsburg, Brian played both Soccer and Basketball all four years. In his spare time he enjoys coaching both Soccer and Basketball and has worked with athletes ranging from the collegiate level down to players as young as 8. Brian has a passion for being active and loves to share that passion while working with others.

Jordan Redd
Fitness Coach
Jordan Redd is currently attending school for his B.S. in Kinesiology. He has been involved in health and fitness for most of his life through personal training and athletics. While attending Southeastern Louisiana University he was part of the Track and Field team for 3 years. Some hobbies he enjoys are playing sport and cooking. Jordan is AFAA Personal Training Certified and loves having an impact on people in helping them change their lives.

Tim Rust
Fitness Coach
Tim has a M.A. in HPER with a Specialization in Exercise Science from the University of South Dakota. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While attending the University of South Dakota he competed in Track and Field for five years, two of those years he was all conference. He enjoys working with all ages and athletic abilities

Zach Umbreit
Fitness Coach
Zach Umbreit has been an active individual for his whole life. Playing sports since he can remember has helped him stayactive and given him the passion to learn more about how the bodyresponds to training, and in turn lead him to pursue the health fitness field. He enjoys learning knew exercises and fitness techniques, and also helping people learn and understand the benefits of exercise and leading ahealthy lifestyle. He is a recent graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a degree in Health Fitness, and is certified by the ACSM as a Health Fitness Specialist.
