Randy Zarecki

Owner/Operator & Chief Fitness Officer

Mr. Zarecki has been in the Health Fitness Industry for over 25 years. Passionate about Health and Fitness his entire life, Randy won his 1st physique contest, Teenage Mr. Wisconsin in 1982. Since then, Randy has competed favorably in dozens of physique contests, winning titles of Mr. Palm Springs (CA) in '84, Mr. Madison (WI) in '85, and Mr. Santa Cruz (CA) in 1992, among others.
Randy 1st started helping others reach their health and fitness goals back in 1985 before Personal Training even existed. Now an AFPA Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and ACSM member, Randy has helped hundreds of people reach their health and fitness goals with his extensive expertise.

An Author and Speaker, Randy has been a frequent guest on the Kare 11 Today show as a Fitness Expert, and is producer of 50 Exercises for 50 Bucks, an interactive exercise DVD.

Randy has a B.S. in Mathematics from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Steve Misvaer

Highland Park Acting Manager

Steve has a B.S. in Exercise Science/Physical Education from Arizona State University. He is also certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. He has an extensive background training clients of all ages and ability levels including professional athletes from multiple sports backgrounds as well as senior citizens. Included in his experience is golf specific training and he is currently training a professional female golfer. Steve was a hockey, baseball, and soccer player growing up in the Twin Cities. Now he plays golf and enjoys many other outdoor activities. He also exercises, plays guitar, listens to music, and spends time up north at the cabin.

Sarah Just

Uptown Manager

Sarah attended the University of St. Thomas where she earned a B.S. in Health Promotion. She is working on getting an ASCM Health Fitness Instructor certification. While at St. Thomas Sarah ran track. She still
runs and also plays soccer in her spare time, and enjoys
spending time with her friends and family.

Justin Hallen

Personal Trainer

Justin graduated from MN School of Business Globe University as a Fitness Specialist and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer. His passion for fitness developed during his six years in the Air National Guard. Justin likes all types of training including weight, power, endurance, and sports related skills. He looks forward to meeting each client and helping them achieve their fitness goals.

Kyle Hensel

Personal Trainer

Kyle is a recent (2009) graduate of the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business. He entered the field of personal training because he loves to help people lead healthier lives and equip them with more energy to live day to day. When he's not working, Kyle loves to golf, watch football, and cook!

Nathan Reineccius

Trainer

 

Nate is a recent (2010) Hamline University graduate where he earned a B.A. in Business
Administration. He is currently working towards his Masters in Business Administration
at Hamline University. Nate worked for the Forest Lake School District as a girl’s hockey
coach and has helped run numerous hockey and strength and conditioning camps. In his
spare time Nate enjoys reading, running, playing and coaching hockey, and spending time
with friends and family.

 

Chad Anderson

Personal Trainer

Chad graduated with honors from Minnesota State University at Moorhead in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, and a minor in Community Health. An ACE certified personal trainer, he enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals. When he’s not finding satisfaction through professional endeavors, he likes to hunt, fish, work out, golf, act, and spend time with his friends and his family.

Mike Zambrana

Personal Trainer

Mike earned a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University in 2009. While at Cornell, Mike played as a defensive back for the Varsity Sprint Football team. He earned All-league honors (NCAA I), as well as recognition as most improved player. His passion for fitness developed while spending his off-seasons training under the guidance of the Cornell Athletics Strength & Conditioning program, designed to increase power, speed, agility, conditioning, and flexibility. He is currently pursuing an MPH in Health Policy & Management at the University of Minnesota and is in progress for completing his Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine this year. He looks to help and inspire each client to achieve and raise their fitness levels.
