Stephen Ross, NSCA-CPT
Manager, Certified Personal Trainer
Being healthy makes you happy. Its cliché, but you never appreciate your good health until it is gone. When we get consistent and challenging exercise, when we develop a positive relationship with nutrition and when we allow ourselves to get proper rest, we feel better, are happier and have much more energy to devote to our family, friends and careers. You can only achieve this harmony of exercise, nutrition and rest with a “Complete Fitness Solution” and I am very proud to represent Fitness Together in offering such a solution.
I became a Health and Wellness Professional by graduating the National Personal Training Institute as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritional Consultant. In addition to this training, I am a Professional Member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and am certified by the NSCA as a Certified Personal Trainer.
I believe everyone can achieve sustainable wellness. With my help, and the total team effort of my Staff, we educate our clients in all aspects of our “Complete Fitness Solution” to help every client develop lifestyle changes in order to achieve goals.
I welcome you, not only into the Fitness Together program, but to the start of a truly rewarding journey.
Drew Guyll
Personal Trainer, CGFI
Corporate Fit Challenge Coach
Fitness and exercise have always been a passion of mine as well as a part of my life. My interest for the Health and Fitness industry began after participating in various Strength and Conditioning programs throughout High School. The changes made to help me as an athlete and for my health and well being were almost addicting. Emotionally, mentally and physically I felt good. That was with the aid of a Trainer and determination, and the way I felt then and today is the same feeling I hope to deliver to future clients with positive results. In 2008 I graduated from California State University Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. From there, I moved back to Massachusetts and continued my education and experience with the National Personal Training Institute of Waltham, MA. The NPTI has certified me as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant, as well as a certification in CPR and AED use through the American Heart Association. I am also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and currently working on a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through them as well. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your fitness goals. “True life is lived when tiny changes occur.” -- Leo Tolstoy
Drew proudly holds a TPI Golf Certification as well. You can view more information about Fitness for Golfers on our partners page.
Andrew Angelo, NSCA-CPT
Personal Trainer
As a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, I specialize in strength, conditioning, and weight loss training routines. I like to challenge and encourage my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using functional exercise & sound nutritional planning. Also being certified in kickboxing and TRX suspension training, we’ll use lots of creative exercises and movements to keep you inspired. I practice what I preach and wish to share my fitness and nutrition knowledge with you. With your determination and my dedication, you can make anything happen!
I have always been intrigued by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising daily. My goal is to help lead people to a healthier lifestyle. I have a passion for motivating people to reach their fitness goals and to watching lives transform for the better.
In addition, I was trained by Mark Philippi, (winner of America’s Strongest Man title in 1997) at his training facility in Las Vegas. I was put through various types of training such as CrossFit, balance, speed and agility, strength, core, and aqua exercises. Overall, it was a great experience and all the knowledge I learned at boot camp has made me a better and well rounded trainer.
I look forward to seeing you at Fitness Together.

Personal Trainer
I always played sports, with a particular love for baseball. That was a game I would play for most of my life. Through high school, I also played basketball and football. I always loved the concept of team sports, and found the task of working together with teammates toward the common goal of winning to be great! I got into a structured lifting routine while in college, always trying to learn as much as I could from articles, and more experienced lifters. Somewhere along the way, I decided I would like to make a living in the fitness industry. I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Waltham, MA, which certifies me as a trainer, nutritional consultant, and in CPR/AED use. The school gave me many valuable training skills and prepared me very well for a career as a trainer. I believe that total fitness comes from all aspects of your life, not just the amount of time spent in a gym. Many other factors will affect your progress over time while exercising. I am someone who will never stop learning about exercise and nutrition, and will always work to become a better fitness professional. I was drawn to Fitness Together because I want to work in a place where my focus can be 100% on the clients, enabling me to provide the best fitness experience possible. And remember, hard work yields results!
