Recently we had the opportunity while in New England to actually observe and train at one of the premier training facilities in the country, Mike Boyle Strength and Condtioning, which is outside of Boston.
My wife and I trained with the intern staff for 75 minutes and went through their lateral speed day workout...75 minutes of warmup, movement drills, strength training and conditioning. Good time and learned a lot...there is always time to learn from the best.
