I have been training at FT for just over a year. I currently train 3 days per week. I really like the friendly environment that the training staff creates. Each trainer has his/her own style which keeps me motivated to work harder because there are always new challenges. I find bringing my daughter a bonus, since without that option, I would not be able to train as often. I like being asked to think about what foods I eat followed by helpful conversations with down to earth suggestions to make simple changes to my diet. The studio is clean and the feminine touches in the bathroom really count!
It is difficult to find time in the day to get to FT with 3 young kids at home. I like being able to schedule week to week and the flexibility that is offered when it comes time to schedule.
I really like the fact that the trainers take the time to understand me. They know my limits and have the ability to modify the routine on the fly. I always get a challenging workout, but am never pushed to injury. They help me keep my body strong and my endurance up.
The best part is that I have gotten my body back to pre-pregnancy weight and am in the best physical shape of my entire life!!
