Maria Pasquale Marques

Fitness Manager, Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Coach
NPTI, TWCC-ACPT

I believe in balance.  Balance of fitness, nutrition, and relaxation/meditation are key to making the ultimate health and wellness plan for yourself.  I believe in changing your lifestyle and not relying on dieting alone.  Why starv it off when you can burn it off?  I hold the Advanced Certified Personal Trainers Certification from TWCC-ACPT and hold my diploma in the Theory and Practice of Personal Training and Nutrition from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI).  I have also interned at a CrossFit studio.  I am committed and determined in helping my clients meet their physical fitness and nutritional goals with a motivational and educational approach that is lifestyle changing.  With a childhood of weight management issues of my own, years of playing softball and being on the swim team, years of resistance training, and personal goals of my own, I can relate first hand to each situation giving 100% of my committed attention and dedication.  While keeping  workouts custom for each of my clients, we can vary workouts  towards sports performance, functional and dynamic movements, postural corrective, plyometric, strength, power, body weight, corrective exercise programs, post rehab programs, and muscular endurance routines to give a well rounded alternative to the typical workouts of the past.  I am committed to you, your goals, and your lifestyle!

Kristine Barry

Personal Trainer
AFAA

Dedication to fitness and athletics has been a passion since I can remember.  I participated in ice hockey, field hockey, softball, and was a competitive figure skater during my teens.  While in college, I played division three field hockey and found a true love for strength and conditioning.  Post college, I realized my true passion...fitness.  I became a registered yoga instructor earning my 200 hour certificate and a AFAA certified group excercise instructor.  Today, I continue to challenge myself by running marathons and half marathons!  I am as committed to you and your goals!

Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
Bachelor of Science

I am eager to help the community attain their personal fitness goals at Fitness Together Medford! While I have not always had such a passion for fitness, one of my hobbies has always been dancing. My main focus was always on academic performance, therefore causing me to fall into a state of inactivity and despair upon entering college. After a couple of years at Salem State College, I became fed up with the way I looked and felt. I decided to take a Fitness for Nutrition course, which sparked an interest that I had always had, but never had time to pursue. Without hesitation, I changed my major to Sports, Fitness, and Leisure studies with a concentration in Fitness / Wellness and a minor in Biology. My Bachelor of Science degree and the time I have spent learning more about fitness and exercise have enabled me to become a fitness professional that can apply my knowledge as a personal trainer. It is because of my dedication that I have been able to lose twenty-five pounds, and definitely feel an increase of energy. I am eager to help clients reach their personal fitness goals.

Jared Pierce

Personal Trainer
MBA Exercise & Sports Science

Hi, my name is Jared Pierce.  I graduated from Ursinus College holding a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science degree.  I ran track & field for 6 years and coached for 2 years, I have also been a lifeguard for 8 years so if you have any questions about swimming or running feel free to pick my brain.

I decided to become a personal trainer because I have always been fascinated by the human body and by what it can do.  Growing up in a family where my parents have always been slightly overweight, I developed a want to be able to help them and anyone else I can to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I obtained my certification through World Instructor Training School (WITS). My goal as a personal trainer is to pass on my knowledge to clients to help them exceed past their pyhsical barriers, expectations and goals!
