Last week at my assessment I didn’t get the results I wanted but it was what I suspected. Instead of letting a gain defeat me I looked at it as an opportunity to get back on track and that is exactly what I did.

How do I stay on track and maintain the weight I’ve lost? I find that if I want to maintain, or loose that last 20 pounds I have to do these three things every day.

Well it's been 10 weeks and I know working out with a trainer is working when I go to my Primary Care Doctor and she wants to know how I did it and who I'm working out with! What a great appointment when all she can say is how great I look! I was so proud to say how I got where I am now. Working out can be a challenge, hard and sometimes I'm sore after it's done but I can't argue with the results! What a fantastic journey I'm having getting to my goal of better health and fitness! Come join me because the motivation is contagious and the benefits are priceless!

Like most people, I'm over scheduled, over worked and over whelmed with everything I need to accomplish each week.

This month it was another 1.25 inches off my waist for a total of 4.75 inches in just two months!

Don't panic the next time it snows...celebrate! Instead of dragging yourself out of bed to perform the chore of shoveling the dreadful snow, make it into a workout! This way you will not have to attend the gym later or at best you will have an extra calorie burning burst to your day!
