Though the work is hard, I am beginning to reap the benefits of my efforts as I find myself wearing clothes that I could not fit into 2 and half months ago. The most surprising, and definitely the most rewarding result however, came this past week when I was given the okay by my doctor to discontinue the blood pressure medication that I have been taking for the past four years. Apparently, the program of balanced nutrition combined with the muscle and cardio strengthening had a great enough effect on my system so as to regulate my blood pressure back within normal range.
