Colin Woodmansee

Owner, Fitness Together Mandarin

Originally from Long Island, New York, Colin earned his B.S. degree in Kinesiology from Liberty University.  Colin has worked with hundreds of clients of all ages and fitness levels and has earned national certifications through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM).  He has experience in working in several different types of fitness settings including commercial and corporate fitness.  Colin enjoys the unique 1 on 1 training that fitness together provides without the interruptions or distractions that are typically found in commercial gym settings.  According to Colin, “There is nothing more gratifying than being a part of changing people’s lives through exercise and building healthy eating habits.”  Colin and his wife, Caroline have recently purchased a house in Jacksonville and are expecting their first child in April, 2012.  Together they stay active by exercising, playing sports, and walking their 2 Italian mastiffs.



Amanda Arnold

Personal Trainer

Amanda has been a personal trainer for 11 years and certified through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and American Council of Exercise (ACE).  She started her career in undergrad at Southern Illinois University while she earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training.   Amanda then furthered her education at the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse where she received her master’s degree in Human Performance.  Amanda enjoy's training all levels and ages.  Over the past 10 years of training, Amanda has changed many peoples’ lives and along the way, she has learned that everyone's body is different, but we all share the same challenges.  According to Amanda "With a combination of eating healthy, consistent cardiovascular training, and a moderate to intense strength routine, you can achieve any and all goals you set your mind on."
