Trainer Jon wins at the 2010 NANBF WA State Natural Bodybuilding and Figure Championship
“It was a great night - I won my class! There were 5 guys in my height class, and 3 of them were solid competition. Most were bigger in size but my symmetry, definition, and presentation must have been favored in the judge's eyes, as I took 1st. I also won the novice-overall (beating the short-class winner), and won the male best posing routine!
So now that I've won novice in that organization, I have to move up to open class - where the competition is much harder. My plan is to continue to develop over the next year or two before I compete again, as I'll have my hands full with the big boys. This was my 5th contest so it feels great to finally win one :) Love those trophies :) “
