Get to know our friendly Fitness Together Personal Training Staff at Leawood

Jenny Schmidt
Jenny Schmidt has been with Fitness Together since August of 2004. She enjoys the one on one interaction with her clients and helping them reach their fitness goals. Jenny played Division 1 basketball and professional basketball for 4 years both overseas and here in the states. Jenny graduated from Illinois State in 1999 and has become certified as a personal trainer through the Fitness Together Corporation, as well as the Personal Fitness Institute in Olathe.
John Holihan
John has been with Fitness Together since summer of 2008. He is certified through the Fitness Together Corporation and enjoys building both a professional and personal relationship with his clients; considering them friends as well as clients. The results his clients obtain and the confidence they gain from working hard are the biggest reasons why he enjoys the training industry. John is also a writer, covering the University of Kansas Basketball Program since 2004. He studied journalism at KU and would like to study exercise science at some point. Basketball, tennis, and golf are his favorite sports.
Steve Chudy
Steve has been with Fitness Together since 2005 and is a highly experienced trainer. He loves to give tough workouts, but also connect with his clients on personal level. His goal as a trainer is to ensure his clients reach their desired goals. He himself enjoys working out as often as he can. Steve is certified through the Fitness Together Corporation. He is a big music fan and specifically enjoys artists such as Bob Dylan.

Matt Pithers
Matt has been with Fitness Together since fall of 2009. He enjoys making the 1on1 training a fun and energetic experience for his clients. Matt is a graduate of a Professional Fitness Institute and is also certified by the American Council on Exercise. Matt has enjoyed helping people meet weight loss goals for several years, as well as developing experience in his knowledge of exercise and bodybuilding. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, and yoga.
