Jenny May walked away from a successful 15 year career as a pharmaceutical chemist (most of which revolved around women’s hormone therapy products) to pursue her lifelong passion and dream... to help women (and men) reclaim their figures, their health and their lives… NATURALLY!
Jenny May has over 20 years of research on diet and exercise with the purpose of gaining a deeper understanding in regards to how diet and exercise affects your hormone profile, performance and body fat levels. She is the author of Menopausal Fitness & You and has successfully coached over 200 women around the Globe to reclaim their lives & their bodies during the menopausal years.

Background: As a two sport athlete all through high school I was able to stay in great condition until I suffered a torn MCL in my right knee. After being out of commission for about 6 months I had gained some weight and became very sedentary. When I finally hit the 200 mark I decided it was time to get back into shape, so I hit the gym. I was going about 5 times a week and feel in love. I decided that I wanted to help people through the same problems that I had to face so I moved to Florida to attend the National Personal Training institute of Orlando. Four Months and 500 hours later I had graduated and moved home where I became certified through NASM and began my journey with Fitness Together.
Hobbies: Resistance Training, Skiing, Hiking, Baseball, Softball and riding my motorcycle.
Bryan - Fitness Consultant
My lifelong passion of sports and fitness led me to study several sectors of health and wellness at SUNY Cortland where I completed a B.S. in Exercise Science and Kinesiology. After gaining significant knowledge in human anatomy and physiology, nutrition, exercise programming/assessment, coaching, as well as principles in strength and conditioning, I decided that I wanted to share with others what I had acquired; positive, healthy lifestyle behaviors that can change lives. As a certified personal trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), let me be your guide on the journey to health and wellness

Background Information/Training Philosophy
I believe in encouraging a client to be the best they can be. By coaching them towards their goals, it not only makes them happy, it also helps me reach my goal as a trainer. I also believe that unless a client in enjoying his/her time, they will not achieve all they are capable of. It is important to serve the clients with training and nutritional advice in ways that challenge them, and help them enjoy living a healthy lifestyle.
Derek previously worked as a personal trainer at Equinox Fitness in Manhattan. His areas of expertise include strength and conditioning training. Gelato twice competed in the USA Powerlifting (USAPL) Federation and won first place in the junior division of the USAPL; he also holds the New York State record for squat and deadlift(in the 198lb weight class) Gelato is a graduate of the University at Albany with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
