Background:  Jenny May walked away from a successful 15 year career as a pharmaceutical chemist (most of which revolved around women’s hormone therapy products) to pursue her lifelong passion and dream... to help women (and men) reclaim their figures, their health and their lives...NATURALLY!

Jenny May has over 20 years of research on diet and exercise with the purpose of gaining a deeper understanding in regard to how diet and exercise affects your hormone profile, performance and body fat levels. She is the author of Menopausal Fitness & You and has successfully coached hundreds of women around the Globe to reclaim their lives & their bodies during the menopausal years.

Fitness is not just a job for Jenny May, it is a passion; one that she lives and breathes every day. Her goal is to spread awareness and knowledge about how to live a healthy and active lifestyle to as many people possible.

Hobbies: ALL outdoor activity, participating in fitness competitions, carpentry, reading, writing and laughing.




Rick Byron

As a two sport athlete all through high school, Rick was able to stay in great condition until he suffered a torn MCL in his right knee. During the 6-month recovery process, Rick had gained some weight and became very sedentary. Soon the time came that he felt that he had lost control of his health, which is when he decided to make a change and started exercising regularly. After some time, Rick fell in love with working out and the way that being healthy made him feel. This is when he decided that this passion was so strong that he wanted to dedicate his life to helping people through the same problems he faced. Over 3 years ago, after attending the University of Sports Medicine and becoming certified as a personal trainer, Rick began his journey at Fitness Together.


Resistance training, skiing, hiking, baseball, softball and motorcycle riding.




Bryan Diliberto

     - Currently pursuing his MS in Nutrition


Bryan’s lifelong passion of sports and fitness led him to study several sectors of health and wellness. After gaining significant knowledge in human anatomy and physiology, nutrition, exercise programming/assessment, coaching, as well as principles in strength and conditioning, he decided that he wanted to share with others what he had acquired; positive, healthy lifestyle behaviors that can change lives.

Alex Masti

Background:  Alex believes that maintaining a regular fitness   regimen will promote an overall better quality of life for everyone who commits to it. He tries his best to make working out a positive and enjoyable activity, something that clients can look forward to. It’s not uncommon to hear more laughter than groaning in his sessions; though don’t underestimate the power of his programs – he will make you work

Nick Yezzi

For Nick, being a personal trainer isn’t just about a job, it’s about helping people change their habits - not just in the gym but overall in life - by teaching clients to make the healthy choices that will lead to a better quality of life. He also believes that by being proactive, having a goal and having a clear vision of what you want makes it much easier to do the work.

Before working here, Nick mastered his stills working as a personal trainer/wellness coach at the East Greenbush YMCA and at Gymit, in Brookline MA. 

Hobbies:  Kick Boxing, soccer, wrestling, snowmobile and being a Musician.






Josh Cote

After an injury caused me to end my ice hockey career , I entered into the fitness industry not as a trainer, but as a client. I had completely lost myself both physically and mentally, and fitness helped refocus me and help me find my true passion. I decided that my purpose in life was to show people that anything is possible, not just in the gym but in life! I became a certified personal trainer in 2009, after graduating from the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida. I have worked for Lifestyle Family Fitness and Core BodyFX both in Orlando, as well as Vent Fitness here in Latham. I believe being a great trainer is more than just giving people great workouts. I believe in educating people. I believe in helping them understand the "WHY".  WHY do we have them perform a certain exercise? WHY is this food is a better choice than that food? I've found that this method ensures that the healthy changes we make aren't just short term changes,but rather lifestyle changes that can be carried on.

 My areas of expertise are total body transformation, athletic performance.

I have helped dozens of people, both male and female, achieve things that never thought were possible. My passion and energy are contagious and my attention to detail allows US to stay locked in on whatever goal that WE are attacking. 

To me, being a trainer allows me to truly live my dream. It's a lifestyle I love and I wake up every morning looking forward to helping as many people as possible take steps towards becoming whatever or whoever they want to be. I look forward to bringing nothing but positivity and energy to our sessions.
