Rodney Wiley

Fitness Specialist

Rodney Wiley has a huge passion for exercise and fitness. He has 5 years experience as a personal trainer. As a young teen he was involved in multiple sports including soccer, football, and basketball. Rodney excelled at basketball and was named to the All State Basketball team in the state of Texas. His success in high school basketball was rewarded with a scholarship to play basketball at Carl Albert State College. Despite his success as a standout athlete, Rodney spent his teenage years overweight. Rodney's time spent on collegiate sports teams gave him the opportunity to learn the importance of nutrition and physical activity to a healthy lifestyle. With his newly gained knowledge and a lot of hard work, Rodney lost 55 lbs. Now Rodney loves sharing the things he has learned by working with people to help them attain their fitness and lifestyle goals. Rodney believes that our society focuses so much on things that contribute to a stressful lifestyle and that our health and wellness suffers. Rodney loves to help clients achieve a higher level of fitness through weight loss, reducing stress, raising self-esteem, and living a long happy life. Rodney has an Associates degree in physical education from Carl Albert State College and a Bachelor’s degree in University Studies with a minor in Sports Management from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater. Rodney would love to help you reach your fitness goals. He often runs Lafortune Park if you see him say hello! He is always ready to talk fitness or sports!
