Aaron's Workout for 12/16/11

One the questions I often get asked is What does my workout look like so I decided to give you a look at exactly what I did today!

 

Warmup 500 jump ropes alt between, Left, Right, Alt, then Both

1. 1 arm dumbell Clean & Presses opposite foot on BOSU

    sets of 12, 10, 8, 6

    lbs of   50, 55, 60, 65

3 rds of

2a. TRX Pullups 12 slow controlled reps assisted on last round

2b. Crawlouts w/pushup 15reps

3a Bear Crawls

3b Crab walks

Then

1x each

100 power dribbles each hand 10lb medicine ball

30 ball slams right, middle and left

Finish with 200 jump rope nice and slow Then Static Stretching
