Blair Meadows
Manager
Blair has been involved with fitness and wellness since 2003. Through her experience she has developed a passion for helping others and enjoys teaching them to live healthier, happier lives. She has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Fitness Leadership minor from North Carolina State University as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC-Greensboro.
Blair currently holds certifications with the American Council on Exercise in Personal Training, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America in Primary Group Exercise, and the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists as a Nutrition Specialist.
Her interests include running and weight training; nutrition for weight loss and special populations; working with people with Type II diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol; and teaching everyone the importance of keeping an active lifestyle.

Valerie Graney
Personal Trainer
Valerie holds a certification as a personal trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers and has an Advanced Sports Nutrition Specialist Certification. Valerie has been a personal trainer for 13 years and has acquired additional certifications including: AIFE, Older Adult Fitness Instructor, Strong Group Exercise Instructor, CPR/AED and First Aid. Valerie has recently gotten her certification as a Life Coach.
Her experience and specializations include, basic post rehab and joint integrity, golf and tennis conditioning, osteoporosis and exercise, menopause, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic fatigue syndrome. She has also worked with clients with Downs Syndrome and autism.
Valerie has recently moved to North Carolina from New York with her husband and son. She is very happy to be here in Greensboro to share her passion for health and wellness. Her mantra is "improving your overall fitness is one way to improve yourself--the added bonus is, you just feel better."

Jonathan Brawley
Personal Trainer
Jonathan believes in living a healthy lifestyle and has a passion for helping others get into the best shape of their lives. He creates workouts based on individual goals and fitness levels. Jonathan also believes nutrition is equally essential in achieving or maintaining a healthy lifestyle and helps his clients with their nutritional habits.
Jonathan has been personal training for more than two years. His certification is from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). He recently earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Physical Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jonathan enjoys working out, playing sports, and outdoor activities. He also enjoys living in Greensboro and plans to continue his life here.
Carmen Keen
Personal Trainer
Carmen recently moved to Greensboro from Mississippi where she graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS in Clinical Exercise Physiology. In January 2010 she completed the National Personal Training Institute program where she received a NPTI Personal Trainer Certification and a NPTI Nutrition Consultant Certification. Carmen is certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. She is currently working on other professional certifications including NSCA-CSCS.
Carmen’s mission is to help clients strive to their highest potential while achieving their fitness goals and improving their knowledge of health and nutrition.
Carmen enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, reading and loves living in the Greensboro area with her husband and two dogs.
