Fitness Together Georgia LOVES doing Lunch and Learns!
The Fitness Together Georgia Co-op gave their second Lunch and Learn presentation to Northside Anetsthesiology Consultants. The Co-op members, Katie Warechowski (owner of East Cobb), Russ Yeager (Owner of Dunwoody, Alpharetta and Norcross) and Kelly Huggins (Owner of Sandy Springs) presented to 35 employees on topics including common health and fitness myths and the keys to fat loss.
The Co-op enjoys doing speaking engagements to help companies improve worker productivity, increase health awareness, and provide a healthy and fun way to spend their lunch hour.
