Julie Tubbesing

In her prior occupation Julie was a Regional Manager for a coffee, chocolate, and ice cream chain. She has worked at a high-intensity, strength training facility, and she strongly believes in incorporating weight lifting into her programs. Although she thinks working out should be a necessity for everyone, she also feels it should be as enjoyable as possible by using many different workout regimens. She is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys running, mountain biking, snowboarding, and climbing. She encourages you to make it fun too and to make exercise a lifestyle. Julie has her BA from The University of Missouri and certified through FTFC. She is currently studying to become certified via ACE as well.

Beth Henderson
Beth comes to us from New England where she spent her years consistently involved in sports, particularly soccer, basketball, and softball. Although she would have rather been beating the boys up in football, her mom was definitely not on the same page. She brings that strong-woman mentality to her training, encouraging weightlifting and resistance training in order to boost strength as well as confidence.
She received her personal training certification in March 2011 through NASM and also graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage in May of the same year. Pairing the two has been extremely beneficial in completely understanding, and also honoring, the human body in all its potential.
Beth is about to complete her first Tough Mudder in Vermont in May 2012 and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in June.
