Bill Senese

Deerfield Fitness Together Personal Trainer

Bill is a 2007 graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a BS in Physical Education. Bill attended EIU on a swimming scholarship and spent his 4 years rewriting the Eastern swimming record book. In his time at EIU Bill set 7 school records, led the team to 2 conference championships, and qualified for the NCAA division 1 national championship meet. Bill, a native of Hickory Hills, IL, moved to the north side of Chicago after college to help create the Naval Special Warfare Preparatory School, a program tasked with physically training Navy SEAL candidates. Bill is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and has been a swim and strength coach for the last 4 years with various youth teams in the Chicago area, sharing his passion for aquatics and fitness with kids of all ages. In October, Bill participated in and completed the 2009 Chicago Marathon in a time of 4 hours and 47 minutes.

“My experience coaching SEAL candidates and young swimmers gives me a dynamic approach to fitness. I am able to push someone to their personal limits and then challenge them to do more, while also having the expertise to identify individual workout styles and create a program that will cater to their individual needs.”

Rich Kudronowicz

Deerfield Fitness Together Personal Trainer

Rich started working with the Fitness Together team in Whitefish Bay, WI in September 2002. Since then, he has assisted in the start-up of Fitness Together Studios across the Northern Chicago suburbs of Winnetka, Lake Forest, and Deerfield. He returned, exclusively, to the Deerfield Fitness Together in August 2008.
Rich received his BS in Exercise Physiology from UW-Milwaukee in 2003. While pursuing his degree Rich worked as a personal trainer at local gyms, the university fitness center, and several older adult fitness centers throughout Milwaukee, WI. His diverse training experience, coupled with his Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through NASM, offers a rich knowledge base in designing fitness programs for any person of any age and any ability.

“Having been an overweight child and an obese adult, I know how hard it is to make changes and hold yourself to a plan. Acknowledging my personal barriers and figuring out a plan was not too difficult. However, facing them head-on, and trying to succeed was one of the hardest challenges I’ve experienced. Luckily, I had a few people in my corner helping me through it. That is what inspired me to become a personal trainer and “pay it forward”.
