Alexandra Craig

Owner
B.S. Exercise Physiology
Minor in Nutrition
A.C.S.M. Health and Fitness Specialist

Alexandra believes that exercise is a key piece of the puzzle when it comes to mental, physical, and emotional health. Exercise is a way to release many different stressors we experience on a daily basis. Not only does it help us deal with our health and stress issues, it gives us emotional confidence on the inside and out. This studio’s intent is to help people of all walks of life and health experience exercise on a very personal level. “I opened this studio for the following reasons: to help people who have a difficult time exercising on their own get help and accomplish their goals, to teach people how to lose weight and keep it off, to take a current training program to the next level, and to teach people how to eat correctly and live a healthy lifestyle. Each client should be treated as an individual and not as a number so that they get the results that work best for their bodies. My intent for our clients is that they get the absolute best one on one personal training in a clean, upbeat, and encouraging environment. Our attitudes should always reflect a willingness to go above and beyond what our clients’ expectations are. We are always here for the client to provide them with outstanding customer service, a shoulder to lean on, and the best results possible!

They need to push themselves during each session to achieve their current goals while continually setting new and challenging ones. The goal of fitness training to Dustin is to help clients achieve mental and physical health in all areas of their lives. One key to achieving mental and physical health is the training environment itself. Dustin believes that a fitness trainer should be motivating to the client while at the same time keeping the atmosphere fun, uplifting, and inspiring. Meghan Williams

Personal Fitness Coach
National Personal Training Institute – School of Personal Training
NPTI Certified Personal Trainer
NPTI Nutrition Consultant
Certified Nutrition Together Coach

Meghan believes that everyone can benefit from fitness training and that it is necessary to have a healthy lifestyle. Her intent while training is to be prepared with a viable plan for each client, focus solely on the client and his/her specific goals, share her own knowledge of good nutrition and exercise and express her own enthusiasm for physical fitness hoping that it carries over into the client’s everyday life. The client should be ready to set short term and long term goals, commit to achieving each goal and be willing to change to get there. Meghan wants the clients to stay consistent and continue their commitment throughout each day, not just for 45 minutes 3 times a week at the studio – it should be a lifestyle change. The goal of fitness training is to make life more enjoyable and consistent training will help clients feel more energized and better about their bodies. “If clients feel great about their bodies, they carry that feeling over into other aspects of their lives.” Meghan says. The training environment should be welcoming, reinforcing, safe, and very clean. All of our clients should feel comfortable right when they step in the door. The end result of each training session should leave a client feeling positive about the physical changes they have seen and motivate them to eat right and continue to work out. “I love to see positive changes in a client’s mood and attitude. It gives them a new enthusiastic outlook on life!”

Jillian Ramirez

Personal Fitness Coach
Masters of Science, B.S. Exercise Science
Minor in Kinesiology/Coaching
National Strength and Conditioning Association - CSCS
Certified Personal Trainer

Jillian believes that fitness training can cause people to go through a transformation to change their lives. Positive thinking is the most important process of this transformation. Internal motivation, determination and drive coupled with a strong support system will get powerful results that will last. This transformation can have an amazing impact on people’s lives and is the most powerful aspect of fitness training.

Her intent while training is to educate, support, and make a positive impact in client’s lives. She likes to push her clients to accomplish things they never thought they could. Jillian’s clients should be prepared to be pushed, challenged, and encouraged!  She feels the goal of fitness training in general is to enhance the lives of those who engage in it.  For example: being able to accomplish daily tasks with more ease, to reach a specific goal, or to fit into the clothes you want.  The training environment should be challenging, but supportive and should also be an outlet for the client to come and release stress.

The “end result” for Jillian is seeing exercise and nutrition having a positive impact on her client’s lives, as well as making steady progress towards their goals.  Working with their nutritional goals and making a plan that fits into their lifestyle is also something Jillian would like to continue to do.

Josh likes the training environment to be friendly and clean, with the trainer focusing one hundred percent of their attention on the client.  As and “end result” he likes to see a healthier, more fit client who has achieved the goals they set out to attain.  Josh likes to get to know the lifestyle habits of the client so that he can help them adjust to a healthier and more active way of living.
