Andrea Finessi

Fitness Manager, CPT

Andrea hails from Italy and is a certified personal trainer with CSEN Italia and the IFA. Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English, Andrea has specialized experience in rehabilitation of ankle, knee and shoulder issues and nutritional guidance. His passion for health and fitness and knowledge of exercise science and biomechanics is evident through his high intensity cardio conditioning workouts and his strength training and muscle building programs. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or simply feel better, Andrea has the knowledge and skills to take you to your goals and beyond. Andrea's pleasant and supportive demeanor can be summed up perfectly in the words of one of our clients. "I love training with Andrea. I come to the studio in a bad mood and I leave happy." Garrick Adams

Fitness Coach, CPT

Garrick has been a fitness coach through ACTION for 4 years. He is a former athlete with a passion for sports and fitness which led to his choice of pursuing a career in the fitness industry. He has experience training with both athletes and everyday people of all ages. His down to earth personality will definitely give you an interactive training session while giving you the confidence and the knowledge of understanding exactly what and why you’re doing each and every exercise. Garrick gives all his clients helpful eating tips that make it easy to transition to a healthier life style. He has the skills and experience to get you in shape and make sure that you stay in shape!

Sara Setzler

Fitness Coach, CPT

Sara has been a Fitness Coach with Fitness Together since FT South Miami opened over 3 years ago. She is a certified Nutrition Together Coach and is always happy to share a food tip or recipe of the week. Sara specializes in Pre and Post natal Fitness and holds certifications from SCW and BabyBootcamp. Sara lives and believes in an active lifestyle and healthy living in lieu of stepping on the scale each day and crash diets. Her workouts stem from years of participation in an array of sports, races, and physical challenges.
