Fitness Consultant Positions

Thank you for your interest in Fitness Together of Clive. If you are interested in becoming a staff member of Fitness together, we feel it’s very important to let you know what to expect with our hiring process and the culture of our studio. We want to make sure that our company is the right fit for you. 

Fitness Together has been in business since 2004. We currently have one location in Clive that has 3 private training suites. We are not a big gym nor do we have the big gym mentality. We want team players that are open-minded, passionate and confident that they help our clientele.

Our studio atmosphere is very intimate; all trainers know each other and the clients. This is a professional setting in which all trainers are required to wear a uniform and look professionally groomed. There are no egos allowed. We have a staff that strives to be the best trainers they can possibly be. With that we hope we can learn from you as well. Whether you are new to training or a veteran, all trainers are treated as equals. We have an environment in which trainers can grow professionally.

Our Interview Process is as follows:

• Preliminary Interview – Conducted by Owner

• Second Interview – Conducted by Director of Operations and Studio Manager
