The commitment to exercise is an integral part of my life and I have enjoyed my membership at Fitness Together for over 4 years. I have consistently been going twice a week which keeps me on track, accountable to someone and healthy. The trainers are educated, top notch in the field of fitness studies and committed to your success. They create programs with a variety of exercises (with and without machines), provide support, encouragement and nutrition advice. Because Fitness Together is a 1-on-1 private training facility the training is focused on your needs and what’s important to you. The trainers are what makes this facility so successful!!!

I started training at Fitness Together in September, 2006, when I got an introductory offer in the mail. I had always wanted a personal trainer, but had thought it a luxury. What started as a trial set of sessions has turned into a part of my weekly routine ever since. My personal goals were to improve my cardiovascular health and increase my strength and flexibility. These goals have been achieved and surpassed. I am more physically fit now than I was 20 years ago. I no longer see my training sessions as a luxury, but as an investment in my future health and well-being as I move from middle age onward.
In 2009, I finally convinced my husband to join me in getting healthier. He joined Fitness Together. His goals were to shed some pounds, improve his strength and stamina. He saw improvements quickly in weight loss and a significant drop in his cholesterol numbers. A year later he needed major surgery. This event provided dramatic proof that his investment in his fitness routine paid off. His medical team was pleased and impressed at his heart health going into the surgery and surprised at his speedy post-op recovery.
We intend to continue to include our twice weekly personal work-out sessions as part of our plan to stay healthy and young for a long time
