Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday! Anyone have their New Year's Resolution figured out??
Mine is to get in the gym more and stop making excuses! (Isn't that everyone's!!) That is how it all starts..RIGHT? Too busy, too tired, blah, blah, blah..
Thanks to your comments here, plus the awesome FT Trainers, I am more motivated than ever! I have found I love boxing and weight training, especially one leg dead lifts! Crazy!
Boxing is a major stress reliever, good core workout, and just plain fun! Due to the past injury to my left leg, weight training plus balancing exercises really helps strengthen overall but especially that area. SO what have you guys discovered you really like? Anything that stands out? As you guys know, changing up your routine makes things more challenging and fun. So would like to hear stories, suggestions...anything you dislike? me...tricep dips..YUK! I would rather do ONE MILION tricep pushups before those! Hope to hear from you guys! Marie

Happy New Year - Plan your month now!!! I already put in my calendar the days I am going to FT. So far I'm 3 for 3. They are great at changing my workouts and keeping it fun. Since I have been coming I haven't had the same work out twice. The variety has really kept it interesting and I look forward to coming.

Marie, Hows your training going? I'm going on week 4 and have lost 7 lbs so far by not missing my training sessions. It's like school - if you show up and do the work you will succeed.
