Accountability with a Buddy

Do you have someone that you can count on to keep you accountable to your fitness goals? We recently started our small group training (PACK) at FT and the clients are really loving it. Some feedback we are getting is that the workouts are not only fun but having a buddy in there with you increases your motivation to work hard and adds another level of accountability. Your trainer will always push you to achieve more and adding a buddy will give you that built in accoutabilty that may be missing from your fitness program to get real results. Get yourself a buddy!

I have been doing PACK for 3 months now and it rocks! When I started it I didn't know the other people in there but now we are all friends and help each other push it to the next level. We look forward to seeing each other and the feeling is that we are all in it together. I know my other buddies are going to be there and it has helped me stay accountable to my goals.

Having someone that you have a set day and time to meet has helped me big time. Without my partner I would sit on the couch and watch TV. Having that accountabilty is key especially when you are just starting your fitness program.
