Go Outside

How nice has this weather been lately.  The "too hot" excuses are over.   Get outside and exercise!!!  Play with your kids, throw the football around, go for a jog, bike, play tennis.  Get a buddy now and setup times and days to go outside and move - preferably 30 minutes a day.  Make it fun, just beacause we are adults doesn't mean we can't enojy "playing" outdoors also.

    Now that the kids are back in school my neighbors and I walk / jog our neighborhood as soon as our kids get on the bus. It started with just 2 of us and now it us up to 5. We knock it out and then I get back to the house to get ready for work. It feels so good to have accomplished my exercise already and then start my day.
