How nice has this weather been lately. The "too hot" excuses are over. Get outside and exercise!!! Play with your kids, throw the football around, go for a jog, bike, play tennis. Get a buddy now and setup times and days to go outside and move - preferably 30 minutes a day. Make it fun, just beacause we are adults doesn't mean we can't...
