The Fitness Coaching Team

At Fitness Together Chantilly, our fitness coaches are the best in the industry. Our goal is to provide you with honest, reliable, and safe trainers who are able to safely assist you on your fitness journey.

Our environment is private! We only have private studio rooms, this allows you to focus on your specific goals in an environment free from traditional gym distractions.

We are confident, mature professionals with the best certifications and years of experience working with a range of clients: from youths to seniors to those who have never exercised before.  We also work with advanced athletes who want train for a triathlon or other competitive activities.

We are here to take you from where you are to where you want to be - at your desired pace. We work as a team and it is likely that you will work with all of us at some point during your program. Think how motivating is it to know that you have a team of friendly faced, passionate experts that care about you and your goals.

Your personal fitness team will keep you on track and cheer you on as you reach each new level.  We look forward to serving you in our Chantilly training studio.

I am a graduate of The National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Vienna, VA. I also have a BA in Mass Communication. I specialize in weight loss and strength training programs, and nutrition counseling. Personal training is my passion, motivating my clients and helping them reach their goals are what I strive for. I currently stay active and healthy by lifting weights and running 6 - 7 days a week.  I look forward to working with you!

Jason Dehenzel

Certified Personal Trainer

Jason is certified through the prestigious National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Vienna, VA.  Jason trains in the gym on a daily basis, striving to persevere and meet his own goals while simultaneously setting an example for his clients.  He also enjoys the outdoors through hiking, canoeing, and camping.  He specializes in the utilization of high intensity circuits, weight lifting, boxing, and assisted stretching to achieve desired results.

Welcome to Fitness Together-Chantilly.

I have been in the personal training business for over 15 years. I have been blessed with the opportunity to use my various academic degrees in Psychology, Special Education, and School Administration to educate others. This academic experience combined with my extensive experience as a personal trainer, allow me to share my passion in the fields of education and fitness training to positively impact the lives of others.

My fitness experience is also combined with personal achievements as a (Top 10 ranked) National level drug-free powerlifter with the 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation and the USAPL National Powerlifting Federation.

I am currently a doctoral student at the University of Va. and plan to dedicate my energies towards combating the childhood obesity epidemic. Combating childhood obesity will require the combined efforts of parents, community leaders and local businesses.

I look forward to working with you and your friends.

Part Time Certified Fitness Specialist

I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified health fitness specialist. While I am currently attending George Mason University for a B.S. in Athletic Training, I am interested in helping men and women of all ages and fitness levels. My experience ranges from prevention of childhood obesity, to enhancing the quality of life of my more senior clients and working with clients in post rehabilitation situations. I do this by creating custom exercise programs and by encouraging smart nutrition. I keep in shape by weight training, running and playing volleyball. This semester I work the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon/ evening shifts and some Saturday shifts at Fitness Together.
